A Study on the Effects of Multiple Goals on Multiple Resource Mobilization -Focusing on Mediating Effects of Multiple Stakeholders-

Abstract
This study assumes the common characteristic of social economy organizations as ideal-type social enterprise. Its characteristics are multiple goals, multiple stakeholders, multiple resource mobilization. Structural relationships of them are identified from systems theory perspective. The findings are like followings. First of all, The relationships between superordinate systems and subsystem of multiple goals and multiple stakeholders are verified. In the second place, mediating effects of multiple stakeholders on multiple goals is statistically significant. Lastly, multiple goals on multiple resource mobilization(direct effect) is positive and mediating effects of multiple stakeholders(indirect effect) is negative. Suggestions based on findings are like followings. Firstly, comprehensive evaluation is necessary by considering all systems of social economy organizations from the view point of systems theory. Focusing only on specific system can fail to understand essential functions of social economy organization. Secondly, multiple stakeholders needs to improve multiple resource mobilization. It is weak systems due to negative mediating effect. Finally, positive feedback of all systems are necessary. If a part of systems is weak, then organizations sustainability can be at risk.
